Borrow and lend with your neighbours in four simple steps.
For Borrowers
Search for items near you
Browse the items page or use the map view to find what you need in your local area. Filter by category, price, and distance to narrow your search.
Send a booking request
Select your dates, make an offer (or accept the listed price), and add a message to the owner. The lender will review your request and approve or decline.
Pay securely
Once approved, pay through the platform using Stripe. Your payment is held securely in escrow — the lender isn't paid until the rental is complete.
Pick up, use, and return
Arrange pickup with the lender via in-app messaging. Use the item, return it on time, and leave a review to help build trust in the community.
For Lenders
List your items
Take photos, write a description, set your prices (daily, weekly, and/or monthly), and enter your postcode. Listing is free — you only pay when you earn.
Set up payouts
Connect your bank account via Stripe Connect to receive payouts. You'll need to complete a quick verification — it takes about 5 minutes.
Review booking requests
When someone wants to borrow your item, you'll get a notification. Review their profile, message them if needed, and approve or decline.
Get paid
After the rental period ends, funds are released from escrow to your Stripe account. You keep 85% of every rental — the 15% platform fee covers payment processing and platform costs.

The 15% platform fee covers Stripe payment processing, escrow services, identity verification, and platform maintenance. No subscription or listing fees.
